DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Overview

4. Counter-Notice by Alleged Infringer

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent by providing the following information:

  2. Identification of removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. Good faith statement that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact information and consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

5. Processing Time

We typically process valid DMCA notices within 24–72 hours and and will notify you when action has been taken.

6. False Claims

Making false DMCA claims may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
